About the Founder

ibda flow was founded by Cindy Hadhri from a passion for turning complex challenges into practical thinking systems. With more than 12 years of experience across engineering, technology, innovation, and transformation in industry and government, she recognised a recurring challenge: while organisations often have talented people and ambitious ideas, they rarely have simple, structured tools to think, align, and make decisions together.

That insight led to the creation of ibda flow - a growing collection of Strategic Thinking Systems designed to make complex conversations more tangible, engaging, and actionable.
