Due to the nature of physical goods and immediate production processes, all sales are final once an order has been processed or shipped.
Returns or exchanges are not accepted unless the product arrives damaged or defective.

We will assess the issue and offer a replacement or suitable resolution where appropriate.
Cancellations
Orders may only be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, provided production or fulfilment has not yet started.
Once production has begun, cancellation is no longer possible.
